A thorough in-home visit to inventory every offline reserve, wallet, and backup copy in your household.
Who This Session Is For
Families and households in South Korea who keep offline reserves — savings certificates, physical wallets, precious metals, property deeds, insurance policies, or emergency cash — and want a single organized record that every responsible adult can reference. This session is especially valuable when reserves are spread across multiple rooms, storage boxes, or family members without a shared index.
What Happens During the Visit
Your assigned cataloger arrives with printed inventory forms, tamper-evident envelopes for Layer II copies, and a structured checklist developed over six years of household visits. The session proceeds in four stages:
- Walkthrough interview — We sit with you and map every known reserve location, custodian, and last-update date before opening a single drawer.
- Room-by-room inventory — Each reserve item is photographed (with your permission), described, and entered into the master catalog with its storage location, approximate value, and renewal or expiry date where applicable.
- Gap identification — We flag reserves with no backup copy, outdated records, or single-point-of-failure storage.
- Layered backup plan — Together we decide what goes into Layer I (primary), Layer II (sealed secondary), and Layer III (recovery summary for designated family members).

- Digital or online account access (this session covers offline reserves only)
Preparation
Gather any existing lists, envelopes, or notebooks where you have previously recorded reserve information. Ensure all adult household members who hold reserve knowledge are present or reachable by phone during the first hour. Clear a table where we can spread documents without interruption.
Pricing
The session fee of ₩380,000 covers one household at a single address. Multi-unit properties or households with more than four distinct storage locations may require an extended session quoted separately. A 30% deposit secures your visit date; the balance is due on the day of the session.
