2. Services Description

Toolcypressway provides household reserve cataloging, layered backup planning, annual review visits, and family record workshops. Our services involve documentation and organization of offline reserves. We do not provide financial advice, legal counsel, investment management, or asset appraisal.

3. Service Agreements

Specific session terms — including scope, duration, pricing, and deliverables — are confirmed in writing before each visit. Deposits are non-refundable within seven days of the scheduled session date except as stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about reserve locations and grant reasonable access to areas being cataloged. Clients are responsible for decisions regarding reserve relocation, disposal, or third-party disclosure of catalog contents.

5. Intellectual Property

Catalog templates, methodology documents, and website content are the intellectual property of Toolcypressway Co., Ltd. Clients receive a license to use delivered catalog materials for personal household purposes. Reproduction for commercial use requires written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all household reserve information as confidential. Catalog contents are not shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Toolcypressway’s liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific session giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate client-provided information, undisclosed reserve locations, or decisions made based on catalog documents. Our services are documentary in nature and do not guarantee discovery of all household reserves.

8. Website Use

Website content is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not warrant completeness or accuracy of all website content.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do.

10. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
